Palma de Mallorca

After a quick breakfast we left the ship around 9 am to beat the crowds and the sun.  First stop was the Cathedral.  Very beautiful and big. There were some renovations going on and the huge 5000 pipe organ was under repair as well.  The light coming through the stained glass rose window was spectacular.

We wandered over to the museum. Quite small and some interesting artifacts, they were busy in the 1500 's.

Walked out to old town, along the stone streets.  Interesting old places, one a Gaudi masterpiece.

Wandered some more and found a little bistro for a small bite at noon, just before the crowds found the same place.

Decided it was getting a little too hot, about 84, so started back to the shuttle.  Found a courtyard and seating area with free WiFi and got caught up on stuff.  Weird, our shaw.ca works on the tablet but not on the cell.  So hit and miss with keeping in touch!  Thanks a lot Shaw/Rogers!
